Overview

GO Network, a product of Liaison, Inc. (“GO Network,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), owns and operates a network of online marketplace platforms, including sites such as ATVGO and CartMarket (collectively, the “platforms”). These platforms are designed to connect users with third-party buyers, sellers, dealers, and manufacturers of vehicles and equipment, including ATVs, golf carts, RVs, and similar products.

This Privacy Policy applies to individuals who access or use any GO Network website, application, or form that links to this policy. It generally does not apply to businesses, dealers, or other commercial participants, whose use of the platforms is governed by separate agreements and terms.

By using the platforms, you agree to the collection, use, and sharing of your information as described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use.

• You may browse listings and use core features without submitting personal information; however, we automatically collect certain technical data (such as IP address, device type, and usage activity) to operate and improve the platform.

• If you choose to submit information (such as your name, email, phone number, or other details), it may be used to connect you with relevant third parties and support platform functionality.

• Sellers, dealers, and other business participants are independent third parties responsible for their own data practices. GO Network disclaims responsibility for misuse of data or violations by such parties.

• GO Network may share information across Liaison, Inc. and its affiliated platforms for operational, analytical, security, and product improvement purposes.

• We may monitor platform activity, submissions, and communications to detect fraud, abuse, or violations and may use collected information to investigate or enforce against such activity.

• GO Network acts solely as a technology platform. Users are responsible for conducting their own due diligence before engaging in any transaction or communication.

Data We Collect and How It’s Provided

GO Network collects information in three primary ways: (1) information you choose to provide, (2) information collected automatically through your use of the platform, and (3) information obtained from third parties.

1. Information You Choose to Provide

You are not required to submit personal information to browse listings or explore GO Network platforms. However, certain features and interactions require you to provide information that may identify you or be reasonably associated with you.

• Accounts, Forms, and Requests
  When you create an account, submit an inquiry, sign up for communications, or participate in promotions, you may be required to provide information such as your name, email address, phone number, or login credentials. Required fields are clearly indicated. Any additional information you provide is optional and submitted at your discretion.

• User Submissions and Public Content
  If you submit reviews, comments, or other content, that information may be publicly visible on the platform. While we may review submissions for compliance with basic standards, we do not control or assume responsibility for user-generated content or any consequences arising from it.
  You are solely responsible for the information you choose to make public. Requests for removal may be submitted, but removal does not guarantee deletion from cached, archived, or third-party systems.

  If you contact us or interact with support, we may retain records of those communications, including emails, messages, call recordings, or transcripts where permitted. This includes any information you voluntarily provide within those interactions.

• Social Media and External Account Connections

  GO Network does not process or store payment information. Any payments are handled entirely by third-party processors, which independently collect and manage your payment data under their own terms and privacy policies.

Certain data may only be removed through account deletion.

Use and Disclosure of Information

GO Network uses and shares information as necessary to operate the platform, facilitate user connections, and comply with legal and operational requirements. The type and scope of information shared depends largely on how you interact with the platform and what information you choose to provide.

• User-Directed Sharing (Core Functionality)
  When you submit an inquiry or express interest in a listing, the information you provide may be shared with the relevant seller, dealer, owner, or partner associated with that listing.

  • This includes information submitted through forms, as well as any additional details you provide in follow-up communications.

  • If the listing is associated with a manufacturer, brand, or aggregated marketplace, your information may also be shared with those parties.

  • You control what information you choose to provide in these interactions.
